About the Role
This is a technically driven, client-facing role for someone who finds genuine satisfaction in solving complex system challenges and building seamless digital learning environments. As Learning Technology Solutions Consultant, you will sit at the intersection of learning strategy and systems engineering — managing enterprise LMS implementations, designing API and SSO integrations, automating workflows, and ensuring that learning technology ecosystems run smoothly and intelligently for clients across industries.
You will work alongside functional consultants and client stakeholders, playing a critical role in both technical delivery and strategic advisory. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable in a technical deep-dive and a client workshop — curious, ownership-driven, and always looking for smarter ways to connect systems and improve outcomes.
Requirements
Technical Capability
Experience implementing or supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS) in an enterprise context
Working knowledge of APIs, SSO integrations (SAML/OAuth), and system integration practices
Basic understanding of scripting or coding (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
Familiarity with data management, automation tools, or workflow integration platforms
Mindset
Strong sense of ownership and urgency when identifying and resolving technical issues
Highly curious and eager to learn new technologies and platforms as they emerge
Able to think strategically, holding both the learning and technology landscape in view simultaneously
Comfortable working collaboratively with consultants, clients, and cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field
Experience with learning technology ecosystems including LMS, LXP, and HRIS integrations
Exposure to automation tools, low-code platforms, or data transformation workflows
Experience supporting enterprise software implementations across multiple clients or industries
Responsibilities
◉LMS Implementation & Technical Delivery
- Manage and implement end-to-end LMS deployments for enterprise clients, from configuration through to go-live
- Configure system architecture, user structures, learning catalogues, and platform integrations
- Support functional consultants during technical onboarding sessions and client workshops
- Ensure LMS implementations are aligned with both learning strategy objectives and long-term system scalability
◉System Integration & Automation
- Manage Connector, API, and SSO integrations (SAML/OAuth) with client HR systems and external platforms
- Design and automate workflows including training history imports, data synchronisation, and reporting pipelines
- Troubleshoot integration issues and continuously optimise system performance
◉Platform & Infrastructure Management
- Manage SSL certificates, domain configurations, and platform connectivity for client environments
- Support internal systems administration including Microsoft 365 licence management
- Maintain accurate system documentation and technical configuration records
◉Technology & Innovation
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve overall system efficiency
- Stay current with emerging learning technologies, system integration approaches, and automation tools
- Contribute ideas and insights that strengthen the strategic use of learning technology across client projects
Salary and Benefits
- Base salary of MR 7,500 per month
- Performance-based bonus on top of base salary
