This is a high-impact Business Development role at a fast-growing regional cloud technology partner enabling businesses across APAC to embrace digital transformation. Working with leading cloud platforms — including AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, GCP, Azure, and Tencent Cloud — you will own and drive new business opportunities within the Web3 and Internet Company segment across the region.
This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of revenue goals, moves fast on opportunities, and believes that modern sales success is built on cross-functional collaboration and value-driven solutions. You won't just be selling technology — you'll be building long-term partnerships that move businesses forward.
Requirements
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience: 3–5 years in technology sales or business development, ideally with exposure to public cloud services or SaaS
Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, or similar) is a strong advantage
Sales Skills: Proven consultative selling ability with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets; strong business acumen and a high degree of ownership
Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop and sustain long-term client partnerships
Mindset: Proactive, outcome-oriented, and passionate about innovation — with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-moving industry
Languages: Fluent in both Mandarin and English, spoken and written, to effectively support regional clients across APAC
Responsibilities
◉ Business Development & Sales
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the Web3 and Internet Company segment across APAC
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales and renewal targets on a quarterly basis
- Actively participate in lead generation efforts, campaigns, and customer engagements to build and advance a high-quality pipeline
◉ Solution-Based Selling
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and position tailored cloud solutions that drive measurable business outcomes
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering value-driven recommendations that align with their strategic goals
◉ Account Management & Growth
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, expanding account value over time
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close and renewal
◉ Strategy & Collaboration
- Bring market insights and business intelligence to improve offerings, value propositions, and go-to-market effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — marketing, technical, and delivery — to ensure an integrated and exceptional client experience
