About the Role

As a Cloud Deployment Engineer (NOC), you will be responsible for maintaining system
performance, troubleshooting incidents, and ensuring services operate reliably across cloud and
on-prem environments.

You will proactively identify performance bottlenecks, optimize systems, automate routine tasks,
and participate in critical incident response.
Your work directly impacts system uptime, customer experience, and infrastructure stability.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Linux system administration

  • Experience troubleshooting application support, performance, and connectivity issues

  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and virtual machines

  • Solid understanding of databases & performance tuning

  • Proficient in Bash/Shell scripting for automation

  • Ability to diagnose issues across compute, storage, network & DB components

  • Strong analytical mindset, curiosity, and willingness to question existing processes

  • Self-driven, capable of solving complex problems independently

  • Open to rotational shift schedules

  • Mandarin proficiency is an advantage

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with monitoring tools & performance optimization

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / Google Cloud

  • Understanding of DevOps concepts (CI/CD, IaC, containers)

  • Exposure to Big Data technologies (Kafka, Spark, Hive, Flink, ELK, etc.)

Responsibilities

- Monitor system performance to maintain stability and reliability
- Troubleshoot issues involving databases, network, connectivity & deployment failures
- Diagnose platform-level issues (Kubernetes, VMs, infra components)
- Resolve incidents within SLA and ensure high service delivery standards
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues
- Improve monitoring tools to detect issues proactively
- Assist in deploying and configuring applications/services
- Automate tasks using Shell/Bash scripts
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical incidents
- Analyze logs & metrics to identify trends and system improvements
- Support capacity planning & performance tuning
