About the Role

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in ICT, Cybersecurity, or a closely related technical discipline
Experience: 10+ years in IT, with a minimum of 6 years focused specifically on IT and OT security — demonstrating hands-on command of both environments
Frameworks & Standards: Proven track record applying IT/Information Security frameworks and standards (e.g. NIST, IEC 62443, ISO 27001) in real-world environments
Certifications: Holder of an industry-recognized credential — CISSP, CISM, or CRISC — reflecting established leadership in information security
Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute security strategy, manage enterprise risk, and drive architecture roadmaps aligned to business objectives
Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical complexity into clear direction for diverse stakeholders — from engineers to the C-suite — with strong proficiency in English, both oral and written
Leadership: Experience mentoring and guiding architects and security specialists in a cross-functional, multi-domain environment

-Drive the security vision and strategy across the target domain — encompassing people, processes, and technology
-Oversee the overall Security Architecture and ensure its continuous alignment with evolving business goals
-Contribute to C-level strategic decision-making by offering expert insights into emerging threat trends and innovative technologies
◉ Architecture & Roadmap
-Design and govern the delivery of the Target Domain Security Architecture Roadmap
-Translate business strategies and financial criteria into a cohesive, actionable security architecture
-Lead the convergence of IT and OT security — driving cloud, application, and security-by-design roadmaps
◉ Technology Transformation
-Lead security technology transformation and standardization to enhance business continuity
-Research new and emerging technologies to continuously improve operational technology system performance and reliability
◉ Compliance & Risk
-Support implementation of a security key control framework within IT and the business
-Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across critical infrastructure sectors
-Proactively identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks across IT and OT landscapes
