About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced D365 Customer Engineer to join our team and support enterprise clients in their digital transformation journey. You will serve as a subject matter expert in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize solutions tailored to business needs. This role requires strong communication skills in both Korean and English and offers the opportunity to work across diverse industries and technical landscapes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (preferably Online version)

  • Familiarity with Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Project Operations is a strong plus

  • Experience working with enterprise-level customers

  • Strong understanding of D365 CE implementation, operation, tuning, and troubleshooting

  • Microsoft SQL certification preferred

  • Development experience in .NET (C#) and JavaScript is advantageous

  • Experience working closely with Microsoft Customer Support (CSS) is beneficial

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills

  • Fluent in both Korean and English (spoken and written)

  • Ability to adapt to change and work with diverse cultures and teams

Responsibilities

- Deliver implementation, optimization, and support for Dynamics 365 modules including CE, Sales, and Customer Service
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and execute solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical customer issues in coordination with Microsoft CSS
- Present technical solutions and guide clients on complementary Microsoft products
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring smooth software adoption and transformation
- Participate in community-building activities and technical knowledge sharing
- Provide occasional on-site support to clients as needed
