About the Role
As a DevOps Engineer, you will maintain and enhance cloud infrastructure,
support mission-critical applications, and drive automation across environments.
You will work on AWS, manage Linux/Windows systems, troubleshoot performance issues,
ensure security compliance, and streamline deployments using modern DevOps tools.
This role requires strong cloud engineering skills, operational excellence,
and the ability to collaborate across development and infrastructure teams.
Requirements
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
Strong experience in virtualization, servers, storage & networking
Hands-on experience with Windows Server & Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL)
Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes
Experience with IaC tools: Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Bamboo, ArgoCD, or similar)
Extensive hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure
Experience with OpenSearch / ElasticSearch is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency in Mandarin (verbal & written) is required
Open-minded, positive, and able to support shifting schedules when needed
Responsibilities
- Maintain & implement Windows and Linux infrastructure
- Provide technical support and administration for cloud platforms
- Execute backup & recovery, DR, and business continuity strategies
- Follow up on security remediation items from cybersecurity team
- Automate cloud operations & improve deployment pipelines
- Perform system health checks, capacity monitoring & troubleshooting
- Configure, document & support DevOps infrastructure components
- Build automated deployments with IaC tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.)
- Support and maintain production, staging & development environments
- Work flexible hours including weekends/public holidays when required
