Requirements
In-depth knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) in Microsoft 365 environments
Expertise in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions
Proficiency in Azure Active Directory, including User Provisioning, Group Management, and RBAC
Familiarity with security protocols like OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect
Ability to integrate client services with IAM solutions
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and solutions for identity management within enterprise environments
- Configure and manage Azure Active Directory services
- Implement and troubleshoot MFA and SSO integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure and seamless identity solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security protocols and IAM best practices
- Deliver technical guidance and training to clients and internal teams
