About the Role

This is a client-facing, technically driven role for a consultant who thrives at the intersection of technology and business development. As Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be the technical bridge between the sales team and prospective clients — understanding client requirements, shaping solution proposals, and demonstrating the value of the company's enterprise IT offerings across areas including AI-Generated Content (AIGC), AI-powered education solutions (e-learning and smart classrooms), and Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) solutions.
You will work closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to craft compelling proposals, deliver impactful product demonstrations, and guide clients from first engagement through to successful handover to the implementation team. This is a high-visibility role for someone who is technically credible, commercially aware, and genuinely passionate about matching the right technology to the right business challenge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in IT pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales support

  • Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with enterprise IT solutions in one or more of the following areas: AIGC (AI-Generated Content), AI-powered education solutions (e-learning, smart classroom), or BCI (Brain-Computer Interface) solutions

  • Proven ability to engage confidently with clients and influence technical and business decision-making

  • Strong technical knowledge with practical problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills — equally comfortable in a boardroom and a technical deep-dive

  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into clear technology recommendations

  • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaborative instincts

  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and proposals simultaneously without dropping the ball

Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements in depth and translate them into clear, compelling technical solution proposals
- Design and propose IT solutions that align with clients' business objectives and technical environments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and product teams to develop solution documents and proposals
- Stay current on enterprise IT products, emerging technologies, and relevant industry trends
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements for prospective clients
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution architecture documents, and RFP responses
- Advise clients on best practices, system architecture recommendations, and implementation strategies
- Address technical queries and objections effectively throughout the sales process
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities and develop account strategies
- Provide technical guidance and support during client negotiations and contract finalisation
- Ensure a smooth and well-documented handover to implementation and project teams post-sale
- Maintain and continuously improve a repository of solution templates, case studies, and presentation materials
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and training initiatives for both sales and technical teams
