About the Role
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will design, build, and operate the infrastructure powering our zero-latency transaction platform and real-time odds engine.
You will work on ultra-low-latency, high-concurrency systems that require precision, performance, and high availability.
Your role includes shaping the DevOps roadmap, improving reliability, and enabling seamless deployments across distributed systems.
Requirements
Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) for DevOps automation
Expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL
Hands-on experience with Terraform & Infrastructure-as-Code
Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, container orchestration, autoscaling
Proven track record in CI/CD (GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Jenkins など)
Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry など)
Experience building systems requiring ultra-low latency / high throughput
Familiarity with cost optimization & cloud billing management
Experience in gaming, fintech, trading, or other real-time systems is a plus
Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on GCP using Terraform & GKE
- Optimize backend systems for ultra-low latency and real-time transactions
- Implement autoscaling, fault tolerance, and high availability strategies
- Build & maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
- Develop full observability (o11y) stacks for monitoring, tracing, and alerting
- Optimize cloud resource usage and infrastructure cost
- Collaborate with backend teams on secure, reliable deployments
- Lead incident response, post-mortems, and system performance improvements
- Contribute to internal automation and tooling using Go & shell scripts
