As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will take ownership of building and scaling a next-generation data platform designed to solve real-world challenges around data privacy, document control, and regulatory compliance. Working across the full stack, you will contribute to architectural decisions, drive best practices, and mentor the engineers around you — all within a fast-paced agile environment where your voice genuinely matters.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 7 years of hands-on software development experience
Backend: Strong proficiency in C#.NET, ASP.NET, LINQ, and Entity Framework; solid experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
PHP & Frameworks: Proficiency in PHP with Laravel (5+) and/or Symfony (4+)
Frontend: Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery
Databases: Solid experience with MSSQL, MySQL, and/or PostgreSQL — including SQL scripting and stored procedures
DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and server setup/deployment in both Linux and Windows Server environments
Version Control: Experience with Git and/or SVN
OOP & Design Patterns: Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts and software design patterns
Nice to Have: Experience with Node.js, MongoDB, JIRA; knowledge of SOAP/REST/JSON service integration; exposure to native mobile development (Android/Java, iOS/Swift, Xamarin)
Languages: Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written
Responsibilities
◉ Software Development & Delivery
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality, clean, reusable, and maintainable code in a fast-paced agile environment
- Participate actively in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements analysis through to deployment and maintenance
- Develop unit tests and ensure code quality consistently meets project standards and deadlines
- Follow and actively contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated build/deployment processes
◉ Technical Leadership & Ownership
- Take full ownership of assigned tasks and projects, managing priorities effectively across multiple initiatives
- Provide technical input and solution strategies aligned with business and market needs
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and SDLC maturity
- Support architectural and design decisions with a focus on scalability, security, and performance
◉ Collaboration & Mentoring
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and timely delivery
- Provide coaching and technical guidance to junior team members
- Champion design-led thinking and promote best engineering practices across the team
