About the Role
This is a senior-level full stack development role for an experienced engineer ready to build scalable, production-grade web applications at the intersection of modern web technology and blockchain innovation. You will design and develop Laravel-based systems, contribute to engineering roadmap discussions, and play a key role in ensuring the performance, security, and reliability of live products used by real institutions.
The ideal candidate brings 5 or more years of full stack experience, a strong ownership mentality, and a genuine interest in Web3 and blockchain technology. Familiarity with blockchain integrations — or a demonstrated curiosity about the space — is a strong advantage.
Requirements
Must Have
Minimum 5 years of hands-on full stack development experience
Strong proficiency in Laravel, HTML5/CSS3, and JavaScript
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, system architecture, and database design
Experience with deployment, server configuration, and Git
Strong debugging mindset and analytical problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a genuine ownership mentality — able to work independently and with minimal supervision
Willing to share knowledge and collaborate as part of a team
Nice to Have
Experience with Node.js, Express.js, React.js, or Next.js
Familiarity with Web3 tools or blockchain integrations
Interest in growing into project leadership or project management responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications — primarily Laravel-based
- Develop and optimise high-performance RESTful APIs
- Collaborate actively in architecture planning and engineering roadmap discussions
- Write clean, testable, production-ready code with a consistent focus on quality
- Ensure performance, security, and system reliability across live environments
- Deploy and manage applications in production, taking full ownership of what you ship
- Share knowledge and mentor junior team members, contributing to a culture of continuous learning
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly salary of MR 10,000
