About the Role
This is a high-impact, high-ownership position for a seasoned Product Manager ready to step into a strategic leadership role. The platform in question is a live, revenue-generating short-form video content product targeting Chinese-speaking audiences across Southeast Asia — with real users, real data, and real momentum.
As Senior PM / Product Lead, you will serve as the key deputy to the Product Owner, bringing structure, prioritisation discipline, and execution rhythm to a fast-moving team. This is not a "maintain the backlog" role — you will co-own the product roadmap, drive monetisation strategy, and directly influence how the platform grows, retains, and converts its user base.

Requirements
5+ years of product management experience with proven end-to-end ownership of key product modules
Demonstrated experience in content platforms, subscription-based products, or creator/influencer ecosystems
Strong data fluency — comfortable working with metrics like retention curves, funnel conversion rates, and ARPU
Proven ability to introduce structure and clear prioritisation in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability — you can zoom out AND get things done
High ownership mindset with a track record of accountability and follow-through
Open to working in the adult content industry; compliance awareness and professional discretion are essential
Responsibilities
Own and drive core product modules including membership systems, creator tools, and growth/referral features
Co-define the mid-term product roadmap with the Product Owner and break it down into structured, actionable phases
Establish prioritisation frameworks and execution rhythm across a cross-functional team
Make data-driven decisions anchored in retention, conversion, ARPU, and engagement metrics
Optimise content distribution logic, monetisation funnels, and creator incentive mechanisms
Coordinate closely with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
Identify product gaps and opportunities by analysing user behaviour and platform performance data
