About the Role
As a System Engineer, you will work directly with customers to design, present, and deploy
AIoT and smart workspace solutions.
You will be responsible for system demonstrations, technical proposal writing, tender submissions,
solution design, and on-site deployment.
Your role bridges technical expertise and customer engagement—playing a key role in ensuring
successful project delivery and high client satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in AIoT smart workspace solutions
Experience in enterprise digital transformation, CCTV, access control, or physical security
Datacenter experience (BMS, DCIM, PMS) is a strong advantage
Strong skills in system design, technical proposal writing & system demonstration
Understanding of RFx tender processes
Excellent communication skills (able to explain technical concepts clearly)
Strong customer-facing skills & ability to understand business needs
Good analytical & problem-solving ability
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred)
ELV cabling experience is an added plus
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; understand customer requirements
- Present and demonstrate AIoT smart workspace & physical security solutions
- Lead RFx tender submissions and ensure compliance with customer requirements
- Develop technical proposals addressing client challenges
- Assist in system and solution design, ensuring proper integration with existing infrastructure
- Oversee project deployment and manage on-site implementation activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver complete solutions
- Conduct market and industry research to stay updated on new technologies & trends
- Provide insights to improve solution offerings and competitiveness
