About the Role
This is a client-facing technical role for an early-career cloud professional who wants to grow fast in a multi-cloud, regionally active environment. As Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support and operations across cloud platforms — ensuring the stability, efficiency, and security of client cloud environments while collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful cloud solutions across the APAC region.
This role bridges technical and business requirements — you will engage directly with clients, support cloud operations and maintenance, conduct solution reviews, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's service delivery. It is an excellent fit for a motivated individual with hands-on cloud experience who is looking for broad exposure, real client responsibility, and a team where learning is built into the daily workflow.
Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is required for effective communication with clients.
Requirements
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
1–3 years of hands-on experience in the cloud industry or in network/system operations (OS and DB administration)
Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform — AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Azure, or GCP; experience with AWS or Alibaba Cloud is particularly valued
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills — able to bridge technical and business requirements in client-facing settings
Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is required
Nice to Have
Familiarity with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and Docker
Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
Basic programming or scripting skills in Python or Java
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Professional certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Provide technical services and support to clients, ensuring system reliability and a high standard of customer satisfaction
- Perform operations and maintenance tasks for cloud environments — including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimising system performance
- Administer operating systems and databases, ensuring high availability and data security
- Collaborate with internal teams and client IT departments to ensure smooth project delivery and system handover
- Conduct solution reviews, diagnose complex issues, and apply cloud best practices to resolve technical challenges
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and operational guidelines
- Stay current with cloud technologies and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes

- Monthly salary of MR 4,000 – MR 7,000, commensurate with experience
