About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will lead solution sales for
smart building, physical security, and smart data center technologies.

You will manage large enterprise accounts, build strategic partnerships,
drive government business opportunities, and collaborate closely with
technology partners to expand market presence.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a partner-driven ecosystem,
combining technical understanding with strong commercial execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in solution sales or key account managementwithin smart workspace, physical security, digital transformation, or smart data center industries

  • Strong network across:

    • CCTV, access control, elevators/lifts

    • BMS/DCIM system integrators

    • Facility tech vendors

    • Smart building contractors

  • Experience working with government agencies, tenders, and public-sector projects

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience

  • Excellent client management, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms & Microsoft Office tools

  • Ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts and partners simultaneously

  • Willingness to travel regionally when required

Responsibilities

◉Solution Sales & Account Management
- Build and manage relationships with large enterprise accounts & government clients
- Identify, onboard, and grow strategic customers aligned with company solutions
- Lead consultative sales cycles, understanding client pain points and technical needs

◉Partnership & Ecosystem Development
- Strengthen relationships with key partners: turnstile/lift vendors, CCTV manufacturers, facility tech integrators, smart building contractors
- Provide product training & sales support to partners
- Drive co-selling and integration opportunities

◉Sales Execution & Growth
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with ecosystem partners
- Achieve revenue targets via enterprise and government sales
- Manage tender submissions and ensure compliance with government requirements

◉Market Intelligence
- Track market trends & competitor activities in smart building and smart data center sectors
- Deliver actionable insights to product and marketing teams

◉Brand & Industry Representation
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, summits & partner meetings
- Champion the organization’s smart workspace and digital transformation offerings
