Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and management roles
Proven track record in leading complex software development projects
Strong technical background with expertise in:
Java
AngularJS
Spring Boot
Knowledge of MAK language is an added advantage
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
Highly responsive and accountable in resolving issues
Responsibilities
Software Development and Deployment
- Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software and applications
- Maintain high product quality through code reviews and design reviews
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Review technical work produced by the engineering team
- Analyze user requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
- Continuously improve development processes and adopt agile best practices
- Support system software integration and compatibility across multiple platforms
Project Management
- Collaborate with consultants and project managers to ensure timely project delivery
- Provide technical expertise in solution design and customization
- Delegate technical tasks and monitor progress
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation and share knowledge with the team
People Management
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, guiding career development and performance
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Provide technical guidance for solving complex challenges
- Identify training needs and allocate resources efficiently
- Oversee performance reviews, provide feedback, and track key performance metrics
General
- Collaborate across functions to align technical efforts with production goals
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Salary and Benefits
RM10,000 to RM15,000 monthly
