As an Intune Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting enterprise clients with modern device management solutions. You’ll troubleshoot complex issues, work across diverse technology stacks, and contribute to seamless deployments of Intune and related services. Requirements
Basic knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM)
Understanding of Windows Server and Client operating systems, as well as Android and iOS platforms
Familiarity with Active Directory (Entra ID)
Skills in troubleshooting using tools like Event Viewer, Task Manager, and command line utilities
Basic understanding of DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP networking
Preferred:
Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
Knowledge of performance monitoring tools
Understanding of Windows Registry functions
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and solutions for Microsoft Intune environments
- Troubleshoot issues related to MDM, MAM, and device configurations across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges
- Utilize diagnostic tools to identify and rectify system issues
- Support implementations and integrations involving Active Directory and network services
