Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Solid experience in project management, preferably within ERP implementation projects
Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confident working with diverse teams and stakeholders
Strong leadership skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Manage projects to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
- Lead meetings with project team members to identify and resolve issues
- Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of ERP systems as per client requirements
- Monitor project management activities and coordinate with key stakeholders
- Identify project risks and develop innovative solutions to mitigate them
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the entire project lifecycle
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress updates to clients
- Facilitate change requests, ensuring impacts on schedules and budgets are communicated effectively
- Ensure ERP solutions meet both technical and business requirements, securing client acceptance of deliverables
- Provide expert guidance on ERP system functionality and best practices
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare detailed reports for management
- Coordinate activities across different teams, including technical and consulting teams
- Implement best practices and lessons learned to improve future project outcomes
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Salary and Benefits
RM10,000 to RM15,000 monthly
