Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in CRM or relevant SaaS business development or sales

  • Strong track record in managing and closing complex, high-value deals across diverse markets

  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the skill to engage technical and non-technical audiences

  • Strategic thinker with solid business acumen and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment

  • Customer-centric mindset, passionate about delivering value and exceptional service

  • Preferred qualifications:

    • Experience managing CRM solutions or SaaS for large-scale enterprises

    • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics

    • Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related fields

Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for enterprise-scale CRM solutions, from prospecting to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including R&D, marketing, and product teams
- Leverage deep market expertise to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for business growth
- Develop high-value, tailored proposals that solve customer challenges and deliver tangible business value
- Engage directly with C-level executives and key decision-makers to understand their CRM requirements and craft bespoke solutions
- Ensure CRM solutions are effectively positioned in the market to surpass competitors and capture new business opportunities

Salary and Benefits

- Salary: RM8,000 to RM12,000
