About the Role
As a Project Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing the HRMS platform,
including system installation, configuration, data migration, testing, and end-user training.
You will work directly with customers to understand requirements, configure modules
(ESS, HRSS, HRMS), and ensure successful project delivery from start to completion.
This role offers exposure to enterprise HR systems, project management, and hands-on
technical implementation.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, IT, or HR-related fields
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Proficient with Microsoft Office; SQL knowledge is a plus
Understanding of project management processes
Ability to coordinate activities with diverse stakeholders
Minimum 1 year experience (Fresh graduates with relevant major encouraged to apply)
Strong time management and attention to detail
Willing to travel and work on-site at client offices
Willing to relocate depending on project requirements
Responsibilities
- Implement HRMS modules (HRMS, ESS, HRSS) and ensure smooth delivery
- Handle installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and system setup
- Gather user requirements and configure system accordingly
- Validate and migrate customer data into the HRMS
- Conduct training sessions (train-the-trainer & end-user)
- Run UAT sessions and support users during testing & parallel runs
- Ensure project tasks are delivered on time and meet expectations
- Work closely with internal teams and customers from start to finish
- Stay updated on new system releases and technology developments
