About the Role
As a Project Team Lead, you will lead the implementation of HRMS, ESS, and HRSS modules for enterprise clients.
You will oversee requirement gathering, system configuration, project planning, reporting, and team coordination.
Your role is both technical and managerial—ensuring projects stay within scope, budget, and timeline.
You will work closely with internal teams and customers to deliver successful system deployments
and elevate the overall project experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or HR-related studies
Minimum 4 years experience in system implementation or project management
Strong coordination & leadership skills – able to guide juniors and collaborate across departments
Experience with project lifecycle, planning, reporting, and requirement gathering
Proficient in Microsoft Office (must-have); SQL knowledge is an advantage
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate customer needs into system configurations
Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure
Willing to travel and work on-site at client offices; willing to relocate when required
Creative problem-solving mindset with strong ownership
Responsibilities
- Lead HRMS, ESS, and HRSS implementation projects
- Conduct requirement studies and translate needs into system configurations
- Plan & prepare internal and client reports (budget, forecast, project updates)
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution
- Guide and support junior team members to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment and compatibility
- Consolidate project documents and maintain accurate tracking
- Ensure project outcomes meet client requirements and expectations
- Travel to client sites for implementation and support as needed
