Requirements

  • Deep technical expertise in at least one security specialty

  • Ability to solve complex technical problems creatively and logically

  • Experience engaging with enterprise customers

  • Excellent face-to-face communication skills

  • Strong written, oral, and presentation abilities

  • Solid troubleshooting knowledge and skills

  • Understanding of ITIL and Service Management processes

  • Passion for innovative technology and customer transformation

  • Ability to balance technical and business acumen

  • Adaptability to changing environments

Responsibilities

- Provide expert technical support in areas like Azure Security, Endpoint Protection, Infrastructure Solutions, Threat Analytics, and Information Protection
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
- Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand and solve their security challenges
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive successful outcomes
- Deliver presentations and technical guidance to stakeholders
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry security trends and best practices
